These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement document between you and SOAP website, an application powered by Gul4change & The Col Shamsher Singh Foundation, Chandigarh India. By accessing the SOAP application/website at www.soaponline.in (the “Site”), or using any of the Services accessible through the website, you (Individuals/Volunteers, Partners’, NGOs’) are bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Use of Site and Services as a user of the Site and/or Services, you agree to the following:

Information provided and interaction
You are solely responsible for, and assume all liability regarding (a) the information and content you contribute to the Site and/or Services and (b) your interactions with other users through the Site and/or Services.

Risk Assumption and Precautions
You assume all risk when using the Site or Services, including but not limited to risks associated with any online and offline interactions with others.

Content Removal
SOAP reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, modify, or remove the information or content you submit to the Site and/or Services.

Third Party Content
Content available on the Site or as part of the Services may be supplied by other users of the Site and/or Services and by other third parties. Any content, services, offers, or other information expressed or made available by third parties are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of SOAP. SOAP does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any content, opinion, advice, information, or statement made on the Site or as part of the Services.

Website Restrictions
You will not use the Site and/or Services in a manner that:

• violates or infringes the rights of SOAP, other users, or any other party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights;
• is intended to, may, or does harass, annoy, threaten, harm, or intimidate any other users of the Site or Services;
• is defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, tortuous, or otherwise objectionable;
• may defraud or deceive others; OR
• collects, stores, or disseminates personal information about any other user or third party without his/her permission.

No False Information
You will not provide inaccurate or false information to SOAP, any user, or others.

Registration and Profile
You are required to register and maintain a profile in connection with your use of the Site and/or Services. You agree to submit accurate and truthful information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.

Third Parties

The Site and/or Services may include links to other websites or applications (“Third Party Site”). We do not control or endorse any Third Party Site. You agree that we are not responsible for the availability or content of such Third Party Sites.

Privacy

You have read, understood, and consented to our Privacy Policy, and by using the Site and/or Services agree to abide by the Privacy Policy.

Indemnity

You will indemnify SOAP and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to claims based on your individual actions, content, or information on the Site or in connection with the Services, or any third party using your account.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THERE ARE RISKS IN USING THE SITE OR SERVICES AND YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT SOAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
(1) LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA,
(2) USE, INABILITY TO USE, INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE OR SERVICES,
(3) DELETION, MISDELIVERY, FAILURE, OR UNTIMELINESS IN POSTING OR STORING ANY INFORMATION, OR
(4) MATTERS OTHERWISE RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

Term and Termination

This Agreement will become effective upon your acceptance of the Agreement by your access or use of the Site and/or Services and will remain in effect unless terminated by SOAP. You may remove your account at any time by sending us email at webmanage@soaponline.in.

Specific Terms

1) The Volunteer Service does not guarantee a volunteer match or placement.
2) The Project details displayed in the Site as a part of the service is the information provided by the third party or parties who are registered with SOAP. As a part of the screening process SOAP will do its best to make sure that the information provided is accurate but will not provide any guarantee or assurances. You agree that SOAP will not be liable for any damages arising from use or reliance on the information.

General Terms

The Site or Services may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice to you or liability to the SOAP Users. If you use the Site or Services we assume by default that you have accepted and agreed to these Terms of Use, which may change from time to time.
